Side seated wide angle enhances the opening of seated wide angle for a deeper sense of release. Be sure to support the front body well so that the back body does not over stretch or strain. Then let your mind settle into the sensations of the body as the breath flows into and merges with those ever-changing sensations.

Seated wide angle is a deep forward fold that can ease tension in the back body and pelvic areas - when you have enough flexibility and/or props. If that is not your situation, lie on your back at a wall and prop your legs so that you feel a sense of opening and ease. Let your breath also flow with ease to support you in this deep pose.
